TaskLock (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the TaskLock mobile application (“the App”).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

TaskLock is designed to work without collecting personal data through our own servers.

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Your name or email address
• Your Apple ID
• Your contacts, photos, or microphone data
• Your tasks, habits, streaks, or task history
• Your selected blocked apps, categories, or websites
• Any personal content from your device

Your tasks, habits, block settings, and related app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

2. Screen Time & App Blocking Permissions

TaskLock uses Apple’s Screen Time, Family Controls, and Managed Settings APIs to:

• Let you select apps, categories, or websites to restrict
• Apply temporary restrictions while a task or habit is active
• Remove restrictions when the task is completed or the restriction period ends
