1. About TaskLock

TaskLock is a productivity app designed to help users manage tasks and habits while temporarily restricting selected apps, categories, or websites through Apple system frameworks.

TaskLock is provided as a productivity tool only. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, safety, emergency, or professional advisory service.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the App in an unlawful, harmful, or abusive way;
• interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App;
• use the App in a way that violates Apple platform rules or the rights of others.

3. Apple Platform Dependency

Certain features of TaskLock rely on Apple technologies and services, including Screen Time, Family Controls, Managed Settings, iCloud, and the App Store. Because of this, some features may depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, Apple account status, and Apple platform limitations or updates. Apple documents that auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user, and App Store subscription setup and availability are managed through App Store Connect.

We are not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, or changes caused by Apple systems, platform behavior, or Apple policy changes.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

TaskLock may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and may offer other in-app purchases in the future through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

• payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase;
• subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
• your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
